2.3 Device Permissions
- Location: Used solely to calculate your Qibla direction and accurate prayer times. Location data is processed on-device and is never stored on our servers without your explicit consent.
- Camera & Microphone: Used only when you choose to broadcast a live session. We do not access the camera or microphone at any other time.
- Photo Library: Accessed only when you choose to upload a profile photo or image. We do not scan or store your photo library.

- Providing, operating, and maintaining our services
- Calculating Qibla direction and prayer times based on your location
- Enabling live video and audio broadcasting via LiveKit
- Sending push notifications about live sessions and updates (Firebase Cloud Messaging)
- Managing your account and authentication (Supabase)
- Improving the app and personalising your experience
- Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and security issues
- Complying with legal obligations
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers to power the app. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data:

- LiveKit — Real-time live streaming infrastructure
- Firebase (Google) — Push notifications (FCM) and crash reporting
